The road is torn up like it has been over the past couple weeks and I've passed that van a few times recently.
I got nailed with a camera speeding ticket - like a week after I moved here. 50 in a 35 - it was a 6 lane road so it was easy to go fast and not notice. Had there been a cop there, I probably could have explained it to him that where I'm from, once you have three lanes in each direction, it's a highway, so I'm used to going fast, and he might have let me off. Cameras don't do that.
But they are not a violation of any rights. Was I pissed about the ticket? Fuck yes. That was $180. Did I deserve it? Yes. I should have been paying more attention to my speedometer.
Don't want a ticket? Don't break the fucking law.

Hmmm.... Every time I Google Brentwood, it's right outside of San Francisco. So the Sift up would be out by LA?I've just been informed that Brentwood is a subdivision type of thing outside of LA. Damn city folk and their confusing cities/suburbs/metro areas. Fuckin' Blankfist.
Oh, and I meant 5/11 hours from where I live in Arizona.
